During the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will digitise the enumeration forms received from voters through the BLO App. To ensure that BLOs can carry out this work smoothly without facing any difficulty due to mobile data requirements, the Commission has approved ₹350 per BLO towards a one-month mobile data recharge.
On my initiative, necessary orders have been issued for providing this support to all 11,733 BLOs across Uttarakhand. From June 8 to July 7, BLOs will undertake door-to-door distribution of enumeration forms, collect the completed forms from voters and digitise them through the BLO App. This support is aimed at ensuring timely and efficient digitisation and smooth implementation of the SIR process across the state.
